No Matter What

I may have lied before,

But this time I'll prove the world wrong.

I meant it when I said

That I'm going to beat you one day.

I'm going to win.

And I meant it when I said

I'd do 100 pus-ups and 100 sit-ups.

I meant it when I said I'd record it on video.

And I did it.

You have no idea how proud I feel.

Not because of what I've done,

But because I've just upped my ego.

My pride is overflowing.

I did what you said I can't.

I may not have done the best,

But I did the best I personally could do.

I said no matter what I would win.

No matter what I would beat you.

And I did.
